Tyler Tuipulotu, Founder & CEO
Born and raised in Lahaina, Maui, Tyler has built a diverse career with expertise in business, marketing, event planning, recruitment, and creativity. Over the years, Tyler has grown through various roles, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition, management, and leadership.
Outside of his professional roles, Tyler is actively involved in the community. He volunteers with student organizations at the Shidler College of Business, where he shares his knowledge of business, marketing, and event planning with future leaders. Additionally, Tyler serves as Secretary and Board Member for the Lahainaluna High School Foundation, where he helps support educational initiatives and preserve Lahainaluna’s rich culture and history.
In October 2024, Tyler founded SMT Holdings LLC, a family-owned business group based in Hawaii, which oversees several companies owned by his family members. With entrepreneurial spirit embedded in his DNA, this venture allows Tyler to guide and support his family businesses while fostering growth and nurturing their collective vision for success.

Soane, born and raised in Tonga, has over 40 years of experience in irrigation systems and sod production, making him a trusted leader in transforming properties across West Maui.
